DEVELOPMENT-AN ONGOING STRUGGLE!

CONSULTING SESSIONS(c)

For clients using THE PEAC SYSTEM®, we offer a by-the-hour phone consultation, an opportunity to bounce your ideas or your frustrations off a professional with well over two decades in the industry! With our many years of management and consulting, especially in sales, it's the kind of experience you don’t easily get out of a book, and you can’t find in a seminar! For a mild hourly fee, you can discuss in detail the selection process, training, and/or management of the troubled employee. This can be an OBJECTIVE INTERVIEW of your prospective employee, basically an outsider's opinion. One hour minimum is required, by appointment. This discussion may lead to other on board personnel problems, and we have solutions for those, too! But, we go even further! Longer term contracts available, too, to build or rebuild your organization and productivity!

SEMINARS

Do you want a lot of material in a short time? Not our best recommendation for solid retention and highest productivity increase. You see, seminars are often merely talking heads, with little give and take between the instructor and the students. As such, foundation principles are often missed, or misunderstood, and the subsequent higher level material will then make little or no sense, thereby condemning the student to failure in that program. Seminars are noted for the student's ability to find one or two things that they really like. However, when they go back to the office to put them into practice, out of context, they often do not succeed, and so, the seminar is considered worthless. In seminars, we cover a number of management topics, hiring, training, team building and the like, but leave the true productivity seminars to our In-House programs. They simply make more sense, in that light, and are far more cost effective to you, the manager!

ON BOARD PERSONNEL

Whether in search of troubleshooting, or just a fast start to your new hire, THE PEAC SYSTEM® has the answers through our family of products. IN-HOUSE TRAINING brings a consultant to your office for three to five days, to help instill the best techniques and/or the foundation of sales. Our material is tailored, appropriate to your sales, but we have specialized in personnel services, in the perm (direct hire), temp and contract arenas, some of the toughest intangible sales we know. If you have only one or perhaps two people to train, our FOUNDATION TRAINING© is conducted in Tampa, Florida, for often a much less investment than bringing in our consultant to your office. But then, sometimes a longer program is needed, perhaps someone to set it up, get it going, train the manager(s), and maybe run it for a few months, a service provided on longer contract terms.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING

These sales programs are conducted on site in your office and run from two to five days. For those whose lives are tied to the telephone, the program can be divided each day so that your producers can get some of the workload accomplished as they go through the training. For outside sales, our consultant can often accompany the trainee to observe and provide positive correction in those areas of weakness (of course, once clear of the client). These programs are best for no more than twelve attendees, and we can provide a discounted second period to handle significantly larger groups. Sometimes, all you need is one or two people trained, perhaps new hires or someone who needs fine-tuning. Then, it may make sense to look into our specialized FOUNDATION TRAINING©, often at much less of an investment than calling in the outside consultant!

FOUNDATION TRAINING©

Your place or ours-and we're in FLORIDA! For the general sales world, this can be as short as a three day program to teach the basics of sales, become involved in role-play and demonstration of techniques. For one or two of your people, sending them our way represents a minimal investment in THE PEAC SYSTEM® fees but does add on each employee’s expenses. For the personnel services arena, minimum is three days to teach sales techniques and.or recruiting. You can combined the two by adding on two more days to teach marketing and closing. Full Service represents a full, five day classroom experience! FOUNDATION TRAINING© is paralleled in our IN HOUSE TRAINING at your offices,  and of course, the necesary selection process, THE PEAC SYSTEM® in its entirety!
