Please paste the code that you received by email into the blank above. Failure to do so will prevent the form from calling the proper report for you...  Remember, the EEOC requires that you keep copies of the profile reports, both the CASE Studies© and the PEAC SYSTEM® evaluation, for at least a year, along with the resume.

NOTE: If you use any other browser but IE, this may not run properly. Here is the workaround for this problem:

        1. Copy the link in your address window at the top of the page.

       2 Open Internet Explorer. Then paste the address into that window and this page will come back... 

       3 Then, return to your email from us, copy the code, and return to the IE window. Paste it in and it should work properly....

We are, of course, sorry for this confusion, and working on other ways to solve the problem, and we have added Firefox to our list, but there are many, many different browsers, yet 98% of our clients are on IE. Something to think about....
